Michelle Kruegar, originally from Massachusetts, has lived in Maine since 2015. She studied Fashion Design in high school and has a degree in Retail Fashion from Becker College. While working in the medical and retail industries, she maintained sewing and crocheting as both a hobby and a part-time business. In 2024, Michelle decided to make sewing her full-time career and opened Michelle Lee’s Stitchery, a sewing and alterations shop located in Yarmouth. As well as managing the shop and being a sewing instructor, Michelle produces craft products for representation in craft shows as her “side gig”.
